The service is good and the buffet breakfast is nice too but the receptionists need to improve their English. They don't understand what is shaving kit. I spelled out the words over the phone. They still don't understand.

The hotel feels very comfortable to me, perhaps partly because of the few guests, but also partly thanks to the service of the reception and the service here. The staff was very enthusiastic to guide the restaurant and the location when I asked, although it was empty, the hotel still served a thoughtful buffet, the food was above average but not very diverse. The only thing I don't like is that the room is a bit smaller than expected.

Lễ tân thân thiện, tuy nhiên có thể do đi lúc dịch covid chuẩn bị bùng phát nên lễ tân không trực thường xuyên ở quầy (khách phải chờ và chạy đi tìm lễ tân). Còn lại mọi thứ rất oke. Đặc biệt, buffe sáng rất ngon và chất lượng, nên lỗi lầm kể trên được tha thứ :v, sẽ quay lại

I had a great stay in Hue at the hotel. Friendly staff, nice rooms and acceptable prices, the hotel is centrally located close to tourist and entertainment destinations. The point that I am not satisfied with is the hotel laundry service, my shirt is dirty (sunscreen stain) after being washed and dried and leaving the room is no different from washing, the stain is intact . This is hard to accept with a large hotel, professional staff.
