There are many things I feel disappointed about when staying here. 1. The facilities are not as advertised on the page: the swimming pool has to be climbed 2 floors, but cannot be used, the pool is too small, and the rooftop is too dirty. 2. The service staff is too bad, when entering the lobby, the staff's attitude is not very welcoming, no one guides, no one welcomes. 3. The buffet food has too few dishes. 4. The swimming pool cannot be used, but when checking in, the guests asked in advance, but were still not informed that it was not available. 5. The rooms are empty, the cleaning is incomplete, the door is not closed, left open like that from the time I checked in until I checked out. 6. The elevator has no sensor, very dangerous for families with small children. 7. The hotel is too empty. The only thing is that the room is spacious, right in front of the lake.

Breakfast has many dishes but the menu is the same every day. Clean the room but do not refill bathroom amenities such as soap or shower gel. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. Reported to the front desk to handle but did not see a fix. Also do not report back to the customer. My family suffered for 3 days in the hotel.

To go to Phong Nha Cave, I stayed at a hotel in Dong Hoi last night. Accommodation fee was 790,000VND per night for 2 people with breakfast. 1120THB/4427 yen.

Room is fine. The view overlooking Hai Dinh lake is also quite beautiful and cool in the afternoon. Early in the morning, it was hot and sweaty. On business trips, sitting in an air-conditioned room should help. Laundry is quite expensive. 150k/5 sets.

Nice, luxurious hotel, clean room. The view of the lake is quite cool with light bufet but not much. Swimming pool on the 16th floor is small but clean. In general, it is very satisfying even if not close to the sea. But taking the tram is quite convenient and Quang Binh is famous both for caving and mountain river so it is not very important. If there is a chance to come back.
