The network connection is very weak, even though I previously informed the receptionist to fix it, it is still very weak and cannot access any information at all.

Just because of Saturday night, our booked room was released to another guest, then they said will changed our room to family room with two beds and we accepted it. Almost price wasn't reasonable but we had no time to change our booking. The accommodations are old, blankets are full of ants. Service almost at normal/local level but high prices. Room and design is very simple so we don't want to take any pictures. The day after we moved to another hotel as well for better experience.

Cheap hotel but lack of hygiene. Apparently clean but after 1 night we were bitten all over our bodies by mites or bedbugs. Given the cleanliness of the mattress we are not surprised, we changed rooms, only one electrical outlet that works, the shower head dilapidated, we preferred to leave a day earlier. The staff is helpful despite everything.

Seeing the reviews online, I was hesitant to book. However, after booking, I did not regret it at all. I went alone so the room only had 1 bed and this room was quite small, the door was a bit difficult to lock but the cleanliness was unquestionable, the only thing I did not like was the lack of power outlets, there was only 1 outlet and it was far from the bed so I deducted points. Another minus point was that the room opposite another hotel that I stayed in was on a low floor so I could not open the curtain, if I opened it, guests in the hotel opposite would see it, making the space a bit cramped than before. Full room amenities - wardrobe, TV (cannot use apps like smart TV, can only watch movies - I don't know about my room or other rooms), refrigerator, small drawers. Another difference was that the air mattress made noise and the cabinet occasionally made a scary sound like creaking which made me a bit scared at night. The best thing is also the support channel, I really like it because it answers me via Zalo quite quickly, the staff seems happy and hospitable, I really like it.

The room cost nearly 400k but there was not a drop of hot water, the room was old and had a musty smell 🙏🏻

Old room, old air conditioner not cool. The closet is full of dust, the room smells damp, very bad experience.
