I have never stayed at a hotel with such a bad accident handling attitude. We checked in at 4:30 on January 30, 2025. After that, my child swam in the swimming pool on the 21st floor of the hotel. One of my 3 children was cut by a piece of glass in the pool. The cut was small, but deep and the bleeding could not be stopped. I took the child to the reception desk to ask for medical services. The receptionist gave me a bag of cotton, a bottle of red medicine, a bag of gauze, a roll of glue and told me to remember to return it after using it???? I said my child was fine and I would return it. And asked the hotel to come and check because there were many children swimming there. They said ok but they only sent someone up the next morning. The child was in pain and could not move, so our travel plans were postponed. I asked the hotel to at least apologize, but the receptionist said there was no one here and that the child should be supervised by an adult. of course i was on duty however, how would i know to check the broken glass in the pool. extremely irresponsible. second, the breakfast here is not diverse and the food is cold. third, the hotel is quite far from the center and transportation is quite expensive, the beach here is close but full of rocks and can't swim. extremely bad experience and will never come back

The hotel is clean, new, the white bed sheets are fragrant, everything is fine. Cheap price when booking through apps. Friendly staff, enthusiastic customer support. A bit far from the center but also close to the beach. If there is a chance, my family will come back to stay.

I don't know how to experience it here, but I personally feel that the staff's attitude is bad, the receptionist's attitude and way of speaking is like bullying and rude, when guests ask questions, they answer the guests "what do you mean what" ??? As for the room cleaning, I stayed for 2 nights, in the morning the cleaning staff knocked on the door continuously while I was still sleeping 🌚🌚🌚 when they came to clean, they only cleaned the trash 🥲 In general, there will not be a second time like this

The staff were very friendly. Soft bed, nice window, the only things disappointed me was the bathroom, it was smelly from the first time I stepped in, the floor was a little slippy, I think they didn't clean it carefully.

The room facilities are complete. The parking area and the front yard of the hotel are full of cars and motorbikes, and are not well-organized. In addition, when I arrived and left, there was no one to help me carry my luggage, only one receptionist inside. When I checked in, I saw that the balcony was quite dirty and dusty, as if it had not been cleaned for a long time, so I did not dare to open the semi-public door to enjoy the view.

The hotel has a nice location, right on Pham Van Dong street, close to the beach. Nice clean room, enthusiastic, cute, polite staff. Many foreign guests travel in Korean & Chinese groups.

Both morning and afternoon receptionists are very cute and friendly. High floor sea view room with super nice view bathtub. Room facing the city is also good and clean. Motorbike rental 150k/day. Next door there is a pot rice restaurant that is also delicious.
