It is a good choice for Haiphong trip especially for a sudden trip like me. I didn't prepare anything and Vinpearl hotel did surprise me a lot. Good price for a big nice room. Everything is good. Facilities was prepared. I gonna come back in my next trip!!

We checked in late at 3:30 PM but the room wasn't ready so we need to wait for a while. They didn't clean the room that well as we have to ask them mop the floor again but besides that the rooms are very nice with beautiful city view. Staffs were very friendly too. Enjoyed my stay!

The hotel is 5 stars but when we check out, there is no staff to bring luggage for my family guests staying 2 rooms 3 nights at the hotel with small children so bring lots of things. The front desk staff keeps checking out for too long, every time we go out or come back, the doorkeeper just stared, not greeting and helping the children go ahead to open the door, when I came to check in. I packed up and took out one of Chanel's glasses to keep in the room during check-out because I carelessly did not check the clothes at home, I found out that I could not see the glasses I called back to the customer but it was not found. .. We were very disappointed in the way our staff worked and never came back.

Wonderful experience. Room as shown in the picture. Friendly and polite staff. Nice location near the city center. My kids love the 4-season swimming pool.
