I don't know how everyone else's experience was, but for me, the staff were enthusiastic, even helped me check in early and upgrade my room for free, the room space was comfortable, the price was reasonable,... for me the only minus point was the small elevator, oh, especially nearby there is a Binh Minh Oi cafe with a beautiful view, everyone ❤️

This is my first time coming to Da Lat and I wanted to choose a place with a bit of nature, exactly as I wanted Shin Village with a view near the mountain, gentle, poetic, truly "Dream Da Lat" kk. I stayed for 2 nights and wanted to choose 2 different types of rooms, the first one was a bungalow with a bathtub, the facilities here are no different from a 5-star hotel, fully equipped, convenient. The second one I booked was a deluxe room on a high floor, with a window to lie on the side and watch the clouds, which was also very beautiful. Especially the female receptionist with glasses (sorry for not asking your name huhu we were too busy going out) she supported me very enthusiastically (checked in early, moved room very quickly without having to wait at all) thank you very much. But I also have a small suggestion that the room is not very clean, and you should use essential oils so that when you enter the room, you won't smell the musty smell because of Dalat or rain. I hope Shin Village will be crowded in the future and will have a separate Housekeeping team to handle this. Once again, thank you Shin Village, I had a beautiful memory here,...

Everything is great, very suitable for a quiet vacation, not too far from the center, the staff and people here are very friendly, there is nothing to criticize the hotel. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Beautiful view around. The road from Hung Vuong to Shin is a bit bumpy. If you have vertigo or severe motion sickness, you should go by motorbike, it will be less sick than a taxi.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh. Tuy nhiên, vị trí gần nghĩa trang, đường đi vào buổi tối rất sợ, phòng có bếp nhưng không cho phép nấu ăn, cũng không có khu dành riêng cho khách nếu muốn hâm đồ ăn mua từ bên ngoài vào. Nhân viên không thân thiện lắm.
