Good location in district 1, opposite the hotel there is a large park, around there are many bus agents so it is easy to travel to other cities, near Bui Vien Street, Ben Than Market, room 406 garden view, beautiful furniture made of bamboo and garden. There is only one drawback, mineral water is only provided once, not every day.

Last time I booked a cheaper room but the room was spacious and clean. This time it was more expensive and the room was small (very small), old, and smelly. If you have any questions, please tell me so. Ask the staff to take care of the bad smell and the bad smell will continue. The sink has stagnant water. When checking out, the security guard stood there watching, not carrying any extra items even though he saw me carrying a heavy suitcase. The female receptionist (looks a bit older) has a disdainful attitude and looks down on customers. I've been here many times, only the first time was good, but the next times it got worse and worse. I don't want to go back there anymore.

Hello Quoc Dat, Thank you very much for booking a room at Spring House Hotel. First of all, the hotel apologizes for letting you have a bad experience at the hotel. However, we have checked all bookings and the room type you stayed in. The hotel provided the correct room type you booked and the previous times you booked a Standard room but the hotel still supported you with a free upgrade to a Superior room type. But the last time I checked in, the hotel also provided room 204, the correct Superior room category (you can see the room image on traveloka), however, I requested to change to room 205 (the room is occupied) and then He reported that the room was foul, we sent the staff to check and handle it, after that we did not see him have any response to the hotel. If you give feedback that the room is still smelly, we will immediately change another room for you! And the problem you reported about the room being old and dirty is that all of our rooms have just been renovated, upgraded, and you have not reported any problem with your room being dirty? We believe that no customer who wants to spend money can stay in such a dirty room all night without reporting to the hotel for immediate resolution! Thank you.

Vị trí phòng đi rất cực, phải leo lên xuống lầu rồi sang toà khác Không gian khách sạn u ám, như kiểu phòng cũ rồi cải tạo lại Gia đình nào có người lớn tuổi hoặc trẻ em không nên đặt bên này vì di chuyển phòng rất bất lợi

The staff is quite ok, but the room is bad, giving 3 stars to encourage, but intending to rate 2 stars The small room is okay because it's alone, the wardrobe doesn't have a hanging tree, but the bathroom is okay. smelly sewer, no hot water, but because it's not cold, you can take a shower, counting for 1-2 days, so it won't reflect, won't come back
