The room is very comfortable. Full TV applications. Clean bathroom. Air conditioner, water heater, dryer, kettle, microwave. Extremely friendly and pleasant staff. Just a step outside is full of all the dishes in Da Nang.

Beyond my expectations. The 2 staffs were very enthusiastic, even though I only stayed in the dorm for 1 night. My roommates were also very cute and friendly.

Very close to the dining area, right next to Nguyen Truong To street with many delicious restaurants, delicious cafes. There are Hue dishes, Quang dishes, beefsteak,... in general, the food is great, the people are friendly
The staff is very good and friendly. Especially the morning staff, I booked a 3-day stay but due to some work I had to leave early and could only stay for 2 days, the hotel supported me to refund the extra day. Few hotels can do this, I am very impressed. You guys do business very reputable, enthusiastic. If I return to Da Nang, I will continue to book a room here
The dorm room does not support toothpaste, everyone remember to prepare it yourself. There will be many other amenities such as wifi, shower gel, kitchen, dryer, microwave, water filter.

The hotel is located in the city center, convenient for traveling. I stayed in a dorm room for 4 people. The room was new and clean. The bathroom was separate from the room, spacious and airy.

The staff is very friendly, the room fits all my needs. There is one thing I don't like very much: the air conditioner is too close to the bed. It would be better if it was installed further away from the bed 😂😂

My family booked a room urgently but could not stay. We called the hotel to ask for a refund because we had paid in advance, and Traveloka could not refund because it was past the time. You guys supported us by sending the contact number to Traveloka to help us refund and it was successful. Thank you very much to the staff at the hotel, Ms. Ngoc Anh, and the manager. They were very enthusiastic and talked very nicely. It's a pity that we couldn't stay this time, but it was a very impressive experience with the hotel's service. See you next time if you have the opportunity to come back to Da Nang. 🥰

- The bed is soft, I said I had a sore leg due to a previous accident and the staff helped me sleep on the lower bed. - Located on the breakfast street, many busy shops, about 10 minutes walk to Dragon Bridge, I highly rate this point.
