10 relaxing days at a fabulous beachside resort. Big room with a comfortable bed, with a thick mattress topper. The beach was spotless, no seaweed, no rocks and generally calm. Somedays it had the ‘Ghost town effect’ but we enjoyed very few guests, no screaming kids and 3 pools and a beach to ourselves. The weekends tend to be busy with domestic tourists and the odd bus tour stops in for a night though the week days. Dong Hoi city is only 2 kms away or 34,000 Dong taxi ride. Great staff and management made this an exceptional stay. Wifi worked every where even on the beach.

Beautiful landspace with large areas and walking/riding spaces The room on the other hand is dowgrading with bathroom facilities getting worsen (no glass wall or similar things to stop water spreading around) and soundproof is bad with on top-open space between bathrooms of nextdoor Staffs friendliness is super good with nice welcoming and really nice communication Morning buffet good overall but bakery need to improve

I was a bit disappointed when I checked in. The staff was very friendly, but the room's interior was degraded and the grounds were also degraded. I tried the resort's spa service, the road to the spa was very deserted, very spooky 😂, everything seemed old. The resort needs to be upgraded, replaced and redecorated to be worthy of 5 stars

This is the 2nd time I have returned to Sun with my family. When visiting Quang Binh, I found there weren't too many options for resorts, so Sun was still the best choice among the suggestions. But I'm quite curious about the room price at Sun compared to other resorts in other areas because it is expensive compared to the service provided. The space of the rooms and the house are both classic and old-fashioned. The bathroom only has a bathtub and is covered with a curtain, so every time I use water the water splashes into the common area of the bathroom, making me uncomfortable. There is no elevator in the hotel area, so walking around feels tiring. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was basic and cold, so it gave my daughter a stomach ache right after using one item in her meal. If I come back next time, I will choose to go to the villa area to experience that side after watching some clips on social media to see what it is like.

Nhân viên phục vụ kém. Tôi ở căn Villa giá thuê 27.326.000/đêm vậy mà nhà vệ sinh khai, gọi nhân viên dọn phòng 2 lần mới chỉ đỡ mùi. Trong những ngày tôi lưu trú, nhân viên thản nhiên đi xuyên qua căn villa, tôi chưa ở nơi nào mà nhân viên lại đi lại tự do như vậy. Nhân viên phục vụ ăn sáng thì dùng điện thoại, khách hỏi xin đĩa sạch mới cất điện thoại. Ở Villa giá như vậy nhưng đá uống rượu phải mua với giá 50.000/tô. Ăn sáng ít sự lựa chọn, phòng ăn xấu. Sunspa Quảng Bình chỉ phù hợp với tổ chức Team building, không nên thuê Villa ở đây để nghỉ dưỡng vì khách đông, tối rất ồn ào, thậm chí khu nghỉ còn bán cả vé bơi lẻ và vé bơi tháng nên không đảm bảo sự riêng tư cho khách. Tôi khá thất vọng về chuyến đi này.
