Tan Son Nhat Con Dao Resort

Beautiful space, airy near the sea. Cleanliness ok But soundproofing is not good, the room is near the kitchen so at 10am you can still hear the sound of knives and chopping boards. Lunch is expensive but the taste is not fresh.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, phòng sạch sẽ

Mình đặt trước 1 tháng, xuống tới resort xếp cho mình 2 phòng ở góc khá xa, sàn ẩm thấp và mùi móc. Lên báo nhân viên đổi phòng thì báo hết phòng, khách đặt,...cuối cùng đổi mình qua phòng 3 giường đơn. Không hiểu resort làm ăn kiểu gì luôn!

Veiw đẹp, nhân viên khách sạn lịch sự dễ thương, vui vẻ và luôn tươi cười,đặc biệt rất nhiệt tình, qua mộ cô 6 gần 2km thôi nên cũng tiện lắm. Gần với cảng hơn sân bay nhé mn .

Khách sạn hợp gu mẹ mình và mẹ mình rất thích vì mình book bulgalow view vườn, nhưng với mình thì không hợp lắm, phòng khá tối và nhiều côn trùng như kiến, cuốn chiếu (cực nhiều, hơn chục con), có khoảng vườn nhỏ trong khu vực tắm càng khiến mình thấy không thoải mái vì sợ sẽ có thêm côn trùng hay con gì đó. Buổi đêm khá sợ khi cây cối bị gió thổi lao xao ngay đằng sau lưng lúc mình rửa mặt. Nói chung lần tới có lẽ mình sẽ ở phòng thường thay vì bulgalow

Vị trí đẹp nhưng phòng xuống cấp. Tôi đặt 3 bungalow nhưng có 1 bungalow bị hư hệ thống nước nóng và 1 bungalow bị hôi mùi cống. Nhà vệ sinh ẩm thấp.

This is one of the few resorts in Con Dao located close to the beach. In the evening I can sit at the beach to enjoy the breeze. The room I gave the key to the receptionist was always cleaned when I returned. However, the resort should install a few small lights on the way to the beach so that visitors can go there at night without lighting.

Put me into a cheaper room than what I paid for at first and told me that is the room that I reserved (beach front bungalow for 2 million a night). After going back to reception and showing my voucher they moved me into another room right next to the bar/restaurant. I've been constantly disturbed by music and a thumping baseline from the restaurant. Starting from 6.50AM. It's such a horrible place. I've left the resort for the day because I can't stand to be in that room.

I booked on traveloka with Tan Son Nhat resort and things started to get worse here. I booked a bungalow room for 1700k/night. The couple came to check in and went to the beach. There is a restaurant on the hotel premises, we went to the beach to swim, then we planned to eat something and then went back to take a bath, so we still wore swimsuits, we sat in the outside area and the restaurant was empty at this time. It won't matter if you come out and talk nicely, but she approaches, very politely says: "go into the room and put on your shirt!" I correct my attitude very much. My husband just asked me if there is such a rule here? Then the employee continued: "this is a restaurant!" Then he turned his back and said, "There's nothing polite about it!" ???? I rent a resort right on the beach to rest, to swim, to be comfortable, if there are regulations, the restaurant should put a table of rules or at least train the staff how to talk to customers properly? We spent 1700k to be treated as if we were staying at a hotel, bothering the hotel???? My husband wears shorts, not swimming shorts, and doesn't wear a shirt because he just went to the beach, so is that considered impolite? While the restaurant area is right next to the sea, it is not through any area to come. And moreover, we don't know, it's not like we're going naked! DON'T END! That staff member's attitude from when we put our ass down to when we ordered. Ordered seafood spring rolls, 30 minutes later it was announced that it was sold out???? Order seafood hot pot for 400k, old vermicelli is sour and sour. Very old vermicelli was kept in the refrigerator and then brought the wave up for us to eat, the noodles were stiff and sour. I told the restaurant staff, where did that friend go for a while and then another friend asked me: "Do you eat instant noodles? And I reported to the hotel reception about the problem encountered at the restaurant. In the end I got it: "we don't know!" Actually, with the price of 1700k we have been in many places, and really have never seen such bad service and room quality anywhere. We don't need to pay a penalty, don't need a refund, just need a kind word to be able to continue the trip with joy but receive only disappointment. The hotel room is full of corpses and cockroach wings??? Agree that the toilet area has an open gate, but when guests check in, please clean it??? The room is priced at 4 stars but there is no bathrobe, no mosquito repellent even though the room is full of mosquitoes 🥲 Overall a very bad experience from the restaurant staff to the front desk. I spent money to eat sour food and stayed in a room worse than a 1-2* hotel but did not receive an apology from the resort. I will never go back again because I was so disappointed.
