The shuttle bus provided by the hotel was good and comfy, but there's no one to handle the noisy guests. The facility was good, but the sound proofing was bad as I heard water running from the room next door all night and also when some guests came back to the room late or laughing in the hallway. The variety of the buffet is somewhat disappointing and they didn't change 1 single dish for 2 consecutive days. But the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the service was quick and luxurious. Would come back!

WHEN WE ARRIVAL, WE WERE A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE WAY WE WERE WELCOME, PROBABLY BECAUSE WE WERE A SOLID ONE. BUT AFTER THAT, WE WERE COMPENSATED BY THE ENTHUSIASM AND POLITENESS OF THE RECEPTION STAFF AND ROOM SERVICE STAFF. BUT THE MOST IMPRESSIVE THING WAS THE SERVER AT THE SWIMMING POOL AND BEACH. VERY ATTRACTIVE AND WORTH PRAISE.

The air conditioner broke down, I couldn't sleep all night, had to report to the receptionist to check and fix the problem twice. A big hotel that doesn't regularly check the air conditioner system, allowing this to happen, and also not flexible enough to change rooms for guests.

The first room I walked into had an unpleasant musty smell. The breakfast buffet was bad. The space was dark and gloomy. Overall, it was not worth the price of 5 million VND for 1 night.

Everything is fine, only the bathroom is not good, the drainage system is poor, the two times I stayed there was that situation, there was only 1 drainage hole inside the standing bathtub, water accidentally spilled onto the floor outside. It's like the muddy floor is very uncomfortable, the water stagnates and takes a long time to dry. The feeling of entering the bathroom is haunting because the water always sticks to your feet.
