I had a memorable trip here when the first time I booked here, the date was wrong. I thought I would have to rebook and pay one more fee, but no, the hotel receptionist was very enthusiastic to help me change the date. Your attitude this receptionist is very friendly, I really like this place and when I have the opportunity to come back to Dalat in the future, I will also use the service at this hotel, thank you at the reception that day😄😄👍👍

I booked here for 3 night. Only manage to stay 1 night due to renovation on going the whole hotel. Was grateful to the customer service there for assisting me on the check in check out. Everything was so easy. Love their service. Only hope that the overall room can improve. The TV is outdated compared to Tulip Hotel 2.

Đầu tiên rất thích thái độ của nhân viên lễ tân và bác bảo vệ. Chu đáo, nhiệt tình. Phòng sạch sẽ, giá cả hợp lý. Tuy nhiên không thích lắm về cách âm của phòng. Ngủ cứ nghe âm thanh của tầng trên rất to. Còn lại thì khá hài lòng.

Super bad, rented a motorbike in advance but on the day there was no motorbike. The car arrived late at 6:00 p.m., but on the day of returning the car was late, there was an additional half-day surcharge of two hours. There's a first time, there's never a second time. Bad experience !

Regarding the parking space, the car rented at the hotel is stored in the garage, the self-rented passenger car outside is left in the rain and in the sun, the staff stands and points the customer's hand, not leading the car, not in the rain. cover for guests, bad service but the price is high compared to other hotels of the same range
