The hotel has good service. Thank you to all the staff for supporting and bringing joy, comfort and enjoyment to customers. I have a small suggestion about the inconvenience of the motorbike parking lot. In addition, 10 points for the hotel and staff are not available. I will choose the hotel as a stop for the next time I visit Vung Tau. Finally, I sincerely thank the dedicated, enthusiastic and thoughtful staff for bringing good experiences to me and my relatives. Quite nice place. Housekeeping services a bit flaky. In hotel bar and restaurants decent, but way too expensive for the quality and portion sizes. Pool is small but has an amazing view.

The hotel is new and very beautiful, the hotel staff is polite and welcoming (I was injured and couldn't go to the pharmacy at night, but the first aid staff were very attentive and enthusiastic) delicious breakfast buffet even during the day weekend or weekday. Worthy of 5* standard. If you want to swim in the morning, you should go after 6am. Chairs and umbrellas are provided. You have to cross the road and go a bit far because the beach opposite the hotel belongs to the Vung Tau intourco resort. I will come back if I have a chance to go to Vung Tau

Phòng hạng Deluxe ocean view có view biển rất đẹp,có extra benefit 24h Stay mình rất thích,ko gian phòng rộng rãi thoải mái nhưng bày trí & decor phòng hơi tối giản quá,1 điểm trừ là sàn trong phòng hơi rít không được sạch. Về staffs thì rất nhiệt tình & hỗ trợ khách tối đa,mình rất hài lòng👌🏻

Everything in the hotel is very good, the sea view is very airy and beautiful, watching the sunrise. However, the free beach is quite far from the hotel, the beach cannot be accessed from the hotel because the resorts block the front.

First we are glad to seeing your welcome kit by water and fruit. But Rooms are not well soundproofed, Air-condition are not working and makes a horrible sound when entering the room after 5 minutes. View is not good Because there is a large pillar blocking the balcony. My car was scratched because the car next to me opened its door and collided with it. I think that it is not happy for my trip.

Linen sewing is not linen. room 1414 city my mother's view after asking someone to repair the linen, the original linen was not clean so the room was very dirty. Phong 1415 produces vegetarian linen in 5 hours every day.

The hotel is very new and beautiful. From the lobby to the rooms, every place is clean and meticulously designed. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is delicious, there is a beautiful restaurant and cafe in the lobby, you can take pictures freely. I am very satisfied with this experience at Vias.
