Phòng đêm thứ nhất bẩn mình không thể ở nổi, đến nỗi ngày hôm đó không dám tắm, 2 giường thì 1 gường có cái chăn mỏng dí, còn 1 phòng lấy cái ga giường làm cái chăn cho khách đắp?? Mình yêu cầu đổi phòng cho đêm thứ 2 thì đỡ hơn ít chút. Đặc biệt, nhân viên dẫn mình vào phòng nói nước lọc trên bàn là miễn phí. Thì phòng đêm 1 mình uống 1 chai trên bàn. Phòng đêm t2 mình uống 2 chai trên bàn và không có chai nước lọc nào trong tủ lạnh hết. Đến lúc tính tiền thì tính 3 chai :)) có gài nhau quá không z. Mình có nói chỉ uống nước lọc trên bàn thì họ cãi và tỏ thái độ rất tệ nha 😀 sợ hãi cái khách sạn này 700k/1 đêm

Phòng đầu mình nhận cửa toilet bị hư không đóng được. Sau đó là mình yêu cầu đổi phòng khác thì phòng này bị ám mùi thuốc lá. Toilet không giống trên ảnh khách sạn đăng chắc ảnh đấy của phòng khác. Và nhìn chung hơi cũ kĩ không được vệ sinh kĩ càng

Phòng siêu bẩn, siêu kinh tởm, tất cả mọi thứ đều hỏng! Thà ph bẩn mà giường sạch còn đỡ, nhưng không, giường bẩn dã man luôn ấy. Trên giường có kiến, trong phòng có muỗi, và trên giường tôi có máu của cặp đôi nào đấy huhu ai cứu với! Đổi đến phòng thứ 2 vẫn bẩn, chán ko muốn đổi nx luôn! Eo ơi cái phòng này còn không bằng 1 góc của mấy cái nhà nghỉ chứ đừng nói gì đến 3 sao.

Phòng như hình. Điểm trừ là cửa nvs và gương nhỏ trong nvs bị hư. Nhưng nhân viên cực kỳ nhiệt tình và dễ thương. Khách sạn ở ngay bên Nhà Thờ, địa điểm ngay trung tâm rất tiện lợi.

Tệ, mình và bạn mình bị kẹt thang máy ở đây dù khách sạn nói đây là trường hợp không mong muốn nhưng mình và bạn mình trong thag máy gọi hỗ trợ rất nhiều lần nhưng khi bạn mình tự banh cửa đi ra thì nhân viên nói : chờ một xíu ạ :) . Nếu là bạn thì bạn có dám ở lại nữa không và khi 14h30 tụi mình mới vào check in nhưng phòng thì chưa dọn xong. Mình chấp nhận bỏ luôn phòng vì dịch vụ quá tệ này

Phòng không giống trong hình, cảm giác không được sạch sẽ. Có ngày dọn phòng ngày thì không. Thái độ các bạn nhân viên thì dễ chịu nhưng thật sự chất lượng phòng xuống cấp quá 🥺

In the center, right in the old town, near the attractions, very convenient to move. The room is quite clean, no bad smell, nice decoration, modern. Quite well equipped, there is also a safe. Very comfortable for 2 people. The minus point is that the room lacks natural light, the hotel only has yellow light, quite dim. the hotel should add lights and white light to be able to see a little better. Next time will still favorably support.
