Everything was fine except the soundproofing, the glass windows overlooking the ocean were blurry, and the elevator buttons were hard to see.

Overall ok but this trip the hotel was under renovation so noisy and dirty, I don't know but I know renting another hotel to relax would be more tiring, also before there was a set of chairs outside to relax and eat comfortably, now there is no more, eating inside is smelly and the receptionist is irresponsible, it's noon and they told me to go outside for coffee.

The location is great, just steps out to the sea. The room is very comfortable and spacious, with a sea view and a view of Thuy Van street. Only the breakfast buffet is not diverse, the hotel is also an option for those who want to try.

Hotel right on Thuy Van beach, room with super nice sea view. I've stayed here twice. The first time was ok, the bathroom was clean, the food was delicious. This time I went and the room was not clean. The curtains were covered in dust.

The room is beautiful, neat, clean, has a super cool view, very suitable for virtual living, hunting for the sun, welcoming the dawn. Exactly as illustrated and described. The staff is enthusiastic and cheerful from the security guard to the reception desk. The breakfast buffet has many Vietnamese dishes that I like, suitable for my taste. I booked a Riva double room on a high floor. The area of 40m² is spacious and comfortable with plenty of space for my children to play. The price is also reasonable, not too expensive. There is a welcome fruit plate, which is also a plus. The only minus point is that the wifi is unstable, it goes out when you are using it and then comes back. I will come back next time 💯

The security and housekeeping are not friendly. The reception is as good as the other two departments are. When I checked in, they sprayed the room with room spray to make it smell nice so I didn't notice any other smells. After swimming in the sea, I came back to the room with an unbearable smell. Housekeeping came up and asked why they didn't tell me when I checked in? As for the security, the guests drove their motorbikes down to the basement and forced them to park their motorbikes according to the security's wishes. The hotel needs to work together so that the departments can unify their way of working, not just train the receptionist well and let the other departments affect the hotel.
