5* hotel but no elevator to the basement, the hotel is located right next to the market so the road in front is small and quite dirty from morning to noon.
The biggest minus point is that the road to the hotel is prohibited for cars from 6am to 6pm every day, so to get in and out during this time frame, you have to walk about 500m if traveling by car or bus.
The room interior is quite old, in my opinion, it is not commensurate with the 5* class of the hotel

I was assigned to room 1104. This room is close to the rooftop and it looks like this room is almost uninhabited. When I first entered, I started to clean the floor. I walked in very dirty and smelled of musty. This hotel has a very strange logic. I see this logic for the first time: drinking water is stored in the lavabo in the toilet, the phone is also next to the toilet (no main phone). When I comment with the staff, the staff is upset with me. So I checked out at night.

The hotel is great but the car park is too small and tight, it is difficult to enter the parking space and difficult to get the car. Vehicles in want to exit must contact other drivers to back up. The security is too small and inexperienced to support the driver to get the car out. I have been hit by a wall to drive a car because the guard is not careful! I hope the hotel will upgrade the car parking lot and add more experienced guards to the car to better coordinate the car.
