The new room is beautiful, everything is perfect. My whole family slept very well. The only thing is that the breakfast is a bit short and the receptionist's face is a bit sad.

Mình có nhờ khách sạn viết bill khác giá giúp mình là cá nhân. khách sạn đồng ý viết nhưng mình phải trả thêm 8% thuế VAT và 10% tiền chênh lệch giá. Mình vẫn OK trả thêm. Sau đó mình rời khách sạn, khách sạn nhắn tin báo mình là phải cung cấp tên cty và mã số thuế mới làm hoá đơn được, mình bảo như vậy thì thể hiện là tên mình là người đã book, với không làm được thì ngay từ đầu phải bảo mình chứ. khách sạn đã gọi điện báo sẽ chuyển lại số tiền thêm mình đã đóng và làm hoá đơn dấu treo gửi mình. Mình bảo thế thì quá tốt, như ý mình ngay từ đầu. Mình đã gửi số tài khoản để khách sạn chuyển khoản lại, sau đó không thấy phản hồi gì… số tiền không lớn nhưng khách sạn làm ăn mất uy tín quá.

This hotel is OK if you are on business trip. The room is cozy and comfortable enough. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not ready until 7AM with limited choice. There is no convenience store nearby, Receptionist is very helpful.
