I am very pleased to be here. Good price. Very friendly staff and quick assistance. In the room, the amenities are as pictured. Not sure how long the hotel has been built or in business, but the quality is really good. Very good value for money.

Extremely satisfied. The hotel rooms are moderate but clean, fully equipped, with new equipment, close to the food shops, basic utensils. The receptionists are extremely supportive, courteous and friendly, even the housekeeping is very funny. I left the hotel on the front shift of the receptionist named Phong and one of my assistants I don't know the name; Thank you so much.

The family room only has 1 light. I have never stayed in a hotel with only 1 light bulb. The TV has no channels, just turned on for show.

The room was very dirty, the wall right where the head was lying was covered in slimy things. It's the same system, but this side is really disgusting. I live in Nguyen Thai Son and it's very clean

The staff can't communicate in English. We come to check in at midnight, get a room on the 6th floor, it appears that the air conditioner is not working, very hot, asking to change the room. But the staff told me to go fix it first. As for the people who come to fix it, they look confused. Grab the TV remote to turn on the air conditioner, press and hold the TV remote. So we said this is a TV remote! It's not an air conditioner, so we bring our bags down to the lobby. shift to sleep at the lobby because tomorrow we have an early flight at 5 am, almost at 1 am, agree to change the room It was the most brutal vacation ever made.

Initially entering the room on the 5th floor was a bit musty. After informing the Reception, I was changed to a room on the 3rd floor that was clean and slept more comfortably. I slept for 1 night to go to the airport, so I found it quite ok with the changed room. Reception warm, cute.

The first impression is that the room is far different from the photo on the booking, the room is at a good level, not called clean, what is especially uncomfortable is that it is very noisy at night, the room has no soundproofing, 4 people can't sleep, The hotel is located in the middle of a traffic intersection. Clean hotel - good service staff, in general with the hotel located in a beautiful location in Phu Nhuan but only 500-600k a day, the experience there is nothing to complain about.

Noisy, can hear people talking in corridor so loud. Cleaning service didn't really clean room, only throw garbage and change towel, didn't mop the floor.
