Clean room with basic facilities needed for short stay

There is no tea kettle, no any table, no tooth paste etc

a typical city centre budget chain hotel, with comfortable bed and pillows, and a nice fresh new feel to it. For price paid my only criticism would be a design that does not provide much storage space - even budget travellers bring extra clothes with them!!

Room is clean staff is very helpful also easy access very close to town centre and also Halal food shops and restaurants😋 Rooms is air conditioned

Honestly just easy, quick and simple no complaints

Comfortable,clean and has all that we needed. Room is basic but fine. Minor points - could do with some hooks to hang you coat and windows do not open, but otherwise excellent.

The night receptionist he lied about check-out time and about cars being damaged on the street as our car was fine. Also one of the cleaners appears to have stolen my belongings. However, the day staff were fantastic and helpful or I would have given 1 star.

Small but efficient room, very comfortable. Walking distance to Cardiff Castle, shopping and Principality Stadium.

Great hotel

I stayed Friday till Monday and it was lovely the room and bathroom was excellent. Very clean and very comfortable and the staff were also excellent very friendly. I would recommend and definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely experience for a lady who has never stayed in a hotel before on my own. Thank you for making me feel safe.

Comfortable beds and modern room, money saved on accommodation went on activities. Soundproofing better than other budget provider. Only niggle was air conditioning control, an instruction card would help, one night too cold, another a little too warm. Would be ideal for parent uni trip stay, but sadly not my offspring uni town.

Nice staff. Good quality. Decent rooms (it's very small with no appliances eg kettle or fridge (but iron is available on request). Mattress are fine (but not best) I took a windowless room (which is in the basement). It's great room...for a single night. The fact that you are in a basement with no sunlight would make it difficult to stay longer. For price, quality and service is great.

When i booked the hotel i didn't know the size of the hotel or the hotel room the room was really small i felt claustrophobic the whole time i was there if the rooms were bigger it would be great its not for me,all the staff were the friendliest ive ever met in any hotel really welcoming and helpful and friendly

It was clean, comfortable, and quiet

No faff. Just had a great shower, lovely big bed to sleep in. Near the station. All what I needed for my work trip

Overnight stay in Cardiff for a Cardiff Castle Tom Jones show. Locality of hotel was great. Spotless room and friendly staff.

The room was £90 for a mid week stay in Cardiff, for myself and my 9 year old daughter. There was only one towel for the two of us. The room was small. One pillow each and the shower didn’t work properly. The only amenitie in the room other than the en-suite shower was the tv. No hairdryer or any other facilities available. The room was clean, although some damage to the walls. Checking in was easy and checkout was quick and straightforward, staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable, however, I didn’t sleep well as could hear people returning to their rooms and leaving.

The room was very clean, only it was impossible to open the window to let some air in. There was no bed site table and so we had to keep our belongings on the floor. The room was very small. The reception service was very good and friendly, they answered our requests.. the location of the hotel is very good too, specially with car park deal with ncp Dumfries. All in all, it was very good value for money, however there was enough space for a bedside table so would be good to have at least one... A window that opens up would be really good too
