Eating areas look tired and a bit messy on the carpets where others have dropped food before.

It was a great stay with a comfortable bed and pretty decent breakfast buffet. I would give it a 4.5 though because when we used their pool and jacuzzi, the water wasn't heated. Not even lukewarm so we were kind of disappointed about it.

Really enjoyed our stay but rather disappointed with the ‘old fashioned Xmas decorations; even the Xmas trees did not have a fairy or a star on top! Perhaps an investment in new pretty decorations could be considered for next year? Other than that we had a great time, we love Parkway.

Nice hotel but dated. Could do with refreshing to bring Upto modern day standard. Bit more expensive than would expected and definitely didn't like the restaurant food standard wasn't good. Even under cooked chips and that's a something simple to cook.

Extremely poor evening meal and service, and not surprisingly largely empty restaurant. Food served was cold and the bar shut just after 11pm even to hotel guests.
Attitude of managerial staff left a lot to be desired and certainly not what you would expect from an alleged 4* establishment. Having stayed at this Hotel on a few occasions, standards of service have sadly declined and this was reflected in the largely empty public areas.
The rooms however were to a very good standard, it was the rest of the support functions in this establishment that let this hotel down.

The entrance is spacious and the rooms are average size and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner. The food was of high quality and it was always service with a smile. The spa felt really relaxing especially with the decor and light color's. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was lovely especially at peak times. It did get very busy as there were 2 parties and 2 corporate events whilst there for a weekend.

Stayed for the second year on the trot for a trip to Tiny Rebel Brewery. was great hotel, breakfast was amazing, plentiful with a fantastic selection.
Pool was lovely.

We enjoyed relaxing in the lounge, sometimes with light entertainment. The food is excellent.
The spa and pool was nice to have in one place.
The room was comfortable, even though the bed might be a bit too soft.
Nice grounds, a lovely stay and atmosphere.
Our second time here and we would come again.

The hotel is very tired and dated. The bar area was left dirty for hours following previous lunch use. Carpet had ground in food and tables dirty.
The bed was terrible resulting in me needing medical help to fix a back spasm.
