The Room was scruffy the carpet needs replacing and the shower was just warm. Very noisy we were placed right above the entrance so there's no thought of the age of clientele and where to room them.

This was my second stay this week and unfortunately ruined by other guests being very load at 2AM and then 6AM.

Bed was way too firm, pillows were like rocks. Tried to book an extra night onnthe phone as work had over run, was told this was not possible and to book online.
I rang back as online booking i couldnt book with free cancellation. They eventually booked me in, but said i should talk to the team when i returned to the hotel. 20mins of talking to the front desk and they couldnt find my booking and then told me to calm down. I go to work and get a missed call from the hotel i call it it goes to the switch board who have no idea, they were nice and said theyd contact the hotel. I get to the hotel fir the extra night, my room was still mine, but theyd just thrown away my shower gel and hadnt reset it like the day before.

The hotel should ensure that guests with small kids or families are booked into rooms away from where they have their discos/parties.
Either that or inform guests upon booking that there will be noise.
This is a frequent occurrence with all of the parties they host.

I stayed at this property with my 2-year-old daughter. We arrived late in the evening, and when we were getting ready in the room the next morning, I noticed that the ceiling above the bed was full of mould and damp.
I raised this with the lady at the check-out desk and was assured that a manager would call me; unfortunately, no call was forthcoming, which is highly unprofessional, especially when I use this hotel frequently.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean and tidy, the room was cold, because the window was letting in draft and noisy whilst closed, the heater was under the window so wasn’t letting much heat in the room, because of the draft, the food and drink is quite pricey but tasty

We tried to use the app to order room service and waited an hour and when it still didn’t arrive we were then told that the app didn’t work. Pretty annoyed that we weren’t
told on check in. Also no hot water for the shower in the morning.

I stayed three nights and ate there three times, on two consecutive days, there was no hot water at 7 am In the morning so cold showers , before work, on the final night I had chicken and didn’t make it back to my room before I was violently sick , when I explained my issues with reception there were totally dismissive
