Great hotel, beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff and lovely breakfast.The music in the gym when it went on was not motivating at all( smooth radio) which made me want to go to sleep! Also , i had to leave the changing room in the spa to request a robe as i was not given one upon arrival ( even though other users after me were ! )

Everything was perfect, very clean and spacious. Except for the fact that there was no slippers, I had to walk barefoot to go all the way to the pool. But everything else was available. my partner and I had an amazing stay and wish it was longer.

Lovely staff. Really nice hotel. View from window was amazing. Breakfast was brilliant. The only thing I would say what needs improving is the bathrooms a little updating. Room 506. Tiles seem a bit dated and could do with a good ( ones on side of bath joining to the floor) clean. Apart from that room was lovely.

The reception staff were excellent. We had a terribly disrupted night by inconsiderate neighbouring guests, and they moved us to an amazing suite as an apology.

A short trip with friends. Lovely stay. Only 1 thing o could improve and that is the hot breakfast items were Luke warm at best. The quality was good but let down by the items not being kept warm enough.

Second time staying at this hotel and had a lovely stay. Staff are very helpful and professional and the hotel had a sense of calm and tranquility. The spa is excellent and we also had a complimentary drink in the bar. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, didn't hear a noise all night. The only criticism is that the bathrooms are dated and don't match the quality of the hotel. They really need updating.

It was our first time staying at the Voco St Davids and we had such high hopes. The staff at check-in were a little robotic and preoccupied but polite nonetheless. Upon entry, the entry is beautifully and tastefully decorated with modern dark undertones; however, that is lost as you enter the upper floors and rooms. Our room was comfortable, but it wasn't very uninviting (nothing like the hotel's entry). The furniture was very dated and tired, with chips and scuff marks all over the side table, and the sideboard was a little dirty. There were very few options for drinks in the room and the coffee machine just wouldn't work. The door and frame which opened onto the balcony were a little dirty. The bathroom was the real letdown in this hotel, it is so old and dated it's almost embarrassing. The small light mirror is dated 1997 (original sticker), made of plastic and so discoloured it needs replacing. The shower head wasn't very clean but nothing extreme. A telephone in the bathroom (right next to the toilet) was very confusing and I could not see the purpose for this. We ordered Breakfast for our room and I have to say it wasn't amazing! It arrived on time by a lovely member of staff however, the trolley on which breakfast arrived was a very old trolley. The white tablecloth arrived stained with orange juice and what looked like coffee or brown sauce!? We won't stay here again as it wasn't to our liking, it's not the worst hotel but by our standards, it's not 5* worthy.

We enjoyed our recent stay at St.David’s. Unfortunately the hot water in our room wasn’t working in the evening when the maintenance team had finished. It wasn’t ideal, but the staff were extremely apologetic and helpful for something which was out of their control. It’s the people which make an experience good or bad in a hotel and the staff at St.David’s go above and beyond so we look forward to returning in the near future.

Hotel was nice. Service was good. Few things in room not up to standard. Toilet smelt a bit like a sewer, when seat wasnt closed. Hairdryer my partner was using nearly caught fire, and air con did not work properly, and made a squealing sound.

Amazing hotel with excellent facilities, the spa and gym were brilliant. The breakfast was lovely and had loads of choice, would definitely go back here again

Whole place needs updating. Particularly the pool area. Disappointed on pool times for children aged 12 & 14

Very nice hotel. Excellent room, think it was a jr suite but restaurant not open first night and no other lounge/bar area so not ideal. Would stay again but plan to walk over to Quay for dinner or drinks.

We had got married that day - and when the Reception learned of this they upgraded us to a beautiful room.
