Rental cost is determined by the pick-up/drop-off zone, route, and type of car.
Rental cost includes driver, fuel, toll, and parking fees.
Passengers must pay the extra cost that may result from changes in the pick-up or drop-off zone. Payment must be in cash, made directly to the Mozio staff or driver.

Passengers traveling from the airport must contact the driver directly to meet at the pick-up location. Please see your Traveloka voucher for further instructions.
Passengers can change their flight details or contact info by calling Traveloka Customer Service.
Passengers traveling to the airport must show up max. 15 minutes after the agreed pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.
Passengers traveling from the airport must show up max. 30 minutes after the agreed pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.
For passengers traveling from the airport, your pick-up time will be based on your flight’s arrival time.
For passengers who provide their valid flight numbers, Mozio guarantees extra waiting time in the case of flight delays. If your flight is delayed, please call Mozio at +852 3001 5784 before boarding to get further confirmation.
Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
Passengers are not allowed to smoke, as well as to carry substances with strong odors and/or dangerous items into the Mozio vehicle. Dangerous items include but not limited to sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs.
Passengers are not allowed to drive the Mozio vehicle.
Passengers are not allowed to use the Mozio service for criminal or illegal activities.
Passengers are responsible for the consequences resulting from violations of the policy mentioned above.
Reschedule can only be done at the latest 48 hours before pick-up time.
Your reschedule request is based on car availability.
Reschedule is free of charge. However, if there is a price difference on the rental fee between the old and new schedule, the price difference will be borned to the passenger.

Refund is available for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
Refund amount is 100% of the rental cost.
Refund amount will be returned via the payment method used during booking.
