Primary Card

• Have a valid KTP
• Active ID (+62) mobile phone number
• Must be between 21-65 years of age

Supplementary card 

• Have a valid KTP
• Must be between 17-70 years of age

It's pretty easy! Tap on the Traveloka Mandiri Card icon from Traveloka App homepage to access the registration page on Mandiri website. Complete the required details and documents/photo. Your application will then be processed onto verification step which requires about 2 weeks.

Yes! You can apply at any Mandiri branches. But please make sure you have a Traveloka account before applying so you can get all your rewards.

Your credit limit will be in accordance with the credit score determined by Bank Mandiri. The assignment of credit limit is the sole discretion of Bank Mandiri.

By uploading your tax document (NPWP) on the application form, you will have a chance to get a higher limit.

The application verification process takes about 2 weeks. Once approved, your card will be delivered right away to your preferred address and you will receive it within 3-7 days, depending on your location.

Of course! This card is not limited for domestic transactions, you can use it for international transactions with a competitive foreign rates.

You will also get Traveloka points for your international transaction.

For transactions made before or on the 20th, you will get your Points on the 1st of the next month. For transactions made after the 20th, then you will get your Points on the 1st of the following month.

Please make sure that the email registered on your Traveloka Mandiri Card is the same as the one registered on Traveloka. This is so that your Points can be added to your account.
