I was a bit confused about where to get the luggage at the airport, because I thought A13 was the baggage claim area, but that's not the case. You have to leave the baggage claim area and go to the door to see a small counter. When going to Hong Kong, you should definitely buy an octopus card because it is extremely convenient. You can swipe on trams, MRT, and buses, and you can even swipe at Seven Eleven. If I have any leftover money, I swipe it at the Burger King fried chicken restaurant outside the airport and give it all the money :))))

The staff who delivered the autopost didn't speak English at all, only Chinese. I couldn't understand what was being said and was a bit fierce.

My flight was delayed so I went to the counter at 9pm, but the counter was closed and I couldn't get it in time. The counter is in a corner so it's hard to find. I think everyone should go to the airport to buy it to be sure. If I didn't give up, it would be a waste.

There is no clear information about where the exchange location is and what time the exchange deadline is. Don't buy if, for example, you land in Hong Kong after 8 pm, the counter closes at 9 pm and there is no such information on the e-voucher 👎🏻 it was a waste of my purchase, because it can only be exchanged on the day I chose.
