Counter A01 is easy to find. When you exit the baggage claim area, they will tell you to exchange your Octopus card and present the QR code.

Octopus Card ticket counter A13: the staff were unfriendly and did not provide clear instructions

We arrived at 3pm so there was no problem with the card pick-up time. The card pick-up counter was easy to find, from Arrival Hall A, go out and look to the left and you will see counter A01. Picking up the card was very quick, just give the code for the staff to scan, no need to show your passport or any other documents. The only thing is, in the payment confirmation it says to pick up at counter A13 but inside the app it says counter A01. The 2 counters are not far from each other so it's okay. The card is convenient to use, easy to use on all public transport & shopping.

Voucher never came after paid, waited for a long time. Even until I arrived in Hongkong, standing in the front of the redemption counter. Still no voucher. Chatted the help line from Traveloka. Told me to wait another 6 hours, 8 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Decided to buy Octopus Card at the airport. way faster. Told traveloka to cancel. Had to wait for days for cancellation confirmation. Please dont buy if you are in a hurry, maybe ok when you buy one week before.
