The room was nice and comfortable. I tried using the digital key (via mobile), but it was sometimes tricky to open the room door or access the lift. Since everything is self-service, it can be a bit difficult to ask for help or assistance. The location is quite convenient, as it’s close to an MRT interchange station, making it easy to get around.

We brought for 9 Aug 3:15pm enter and we reached by 2:40 and the staff didn’t let us in and tell everyone of us the event is closed and make refund from our agent , and they say will help make request for us to get our refund and now there is no refund back , and after that I still see the app that the ticket still can be brought online when the event is closed ? Please close your apps to stop letting people to buy ticket if the event is closed , I have spend my time and wan to head there to get to watch the National Day celebrations but all the plans went wrong

The viewing platform is bare without any shades or ways for guests to hide fron the burning sun. Terrible experience especially if you're with kids.

Best view enjoying sunset in Singapore

Went there on Dec 26th. A very pleasant experience. Online booking via Traveloka is very easy. We just scan the barcode and at the beginning we are invited to take a photo with the Marina Bay Sand Sky Deck as the background. The staff is friendly and the view is wow cool. Luckily it didn't rain. The location is clean. When we went home we didn't take any photos, because the price is quite expensive. Overall, it's worth it...
