The ticket conversion process to enter the buffet took a while because there was a ticket for the elderly. I don't know if the restaurant must have a different control method for the elderly ticket or if the system had a problem, but it took quite a while to wait. Suggestion: When issuing electronic tickets, Traveloka should put the children/elderly tickets separately (either on top or at the bottom) so that the ticket inspector can easily control them. My group of 17 people, including 3 elderly people, had mixed up the electronic tickets, so the ticket inspectors were confused and had difficulty controlling them.
