No need to queue for long because I bought the ticket at Traveloka. Alhamdulillah the queue was not long either, boarding from terminal A near Keong Mas theater.

TMII has now been renovated so the place is better. The cable car facilities are also well maintained. The ticket exchange process is fast, you only need to scan the barcode from the Traveloka application. Very practical 👍🏻

the facilities are quite okay, but for exchanging tickets I think it's different for those who have already booked on Traveloka it turns out that they have to join the queue to buy OTS tickets too
