One of the most popular tourist destinations in Da Nang. You must go when in Da Nang. It's a good experience.

Fast, convenient, safe.

Booked the alpine coaster, can only play the one inside, can't play the one in front, but it's fun, a bit expensive. When I went, there weren't many people, didn't have to wait long.

Book tickets right before coming to Ba Na and get quick ticket issuance support. Even though going during the week, Ba Na is still very crowded with visitors. Had to wait in line for a while to check tickets and get on the cable car but it didn't take too much time. The facilities are clean, well-maintained with enthusiastic staff. The buffet restaurant is a bit crowded at noon but the food is refilled quickly. A suitable destination for family travel with many activities suitable for many different ages. But I think Ba Na is now enough for visitors to visit in a day, there is no need to build more new structures.

The scenery is very beautiful, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The first time I visited Bana Hills, I was very satisfied.

-About the bus: the waiting time and travel time is quite long. I chose the 8:15 departure but it was not until 10:30 that I arrived at the welcome gate on the ground. The quality of the bus is quite old and smelly, so I do not recommend choosing a combo including pick up and drop off. -The quality of service and games compared to 2018 has decreased in both quality and quantity, there are very few entertainment activities, there are no cultural activities, music, decorations, fresh flowers have decreased, the children's play area in the basement is quite dark and deserted, there are not many activities. - Overall, in terms of personal experience between 2018 and 2025, the quality of 2025 has decreased in all aspects, it is boring and does not want to come back.
