Maintain cleanliness of the facilities

we spent a fun time playing water and slides at the Keramas water park, we also ordered food, delicious fried rice, fried noodles and fresh vegetables, the price is not expensive, still affordable 15k to 25k, thank you

Good, friendly staff…

the swimming pool is dirty, the pool water uses too much chlorine. my child's eyes are red, my son likes to swim he can swim for hours and doesn't want to go home when the pool water is good in the sense that it doesn't contain excessive chlorine. but in this waterpark shampooing my child only spent less than 2 hours and asked to go home. I checked his eyes were very red. along the way home my son had difficulty opening his eyes, he said painfully. for the friendly ticket staff.

Everything is good!

For the easy entry process, the pool in the water slides is too small and the seating for visitors leading to the pool is very uncomfortable, because it seems as if we are watching visitors who are just sitting around. Finally we moved to the pool below. The place to change clothes, toilets and lockers is very dirty, there are some broken devices with makeshift mosquito nets. Will not return again unless there is an improvement in cleanliness.
