Quality is ok, I didn't go with my baby but my baby really liked it, a bit far from the city center

Because it is a zoo, there are many children, although the staff tried to guide the parents, the parents did not seem to care much about the experience of others. The space is clean, the animals are well taken care of. There are almost no directions to the ticket exchange area and they are only in Vietnamese, no English, so my family with foreigners felt very lost. It is too crowded on weekends, so I recommend going to the zoo during the week for those who want a better experience and less children!

There are many cute and friendly animals that children love such as capybara, kangaroo, raccoon, etc. Buy tickets at Traveloka and exchange them at the counter quickly and conveniently. After getting the tickets, you will wait until the departure time with a tour guide accompanying the group.

The tour organization was good, you could interact with animals in a right way. Other facilities are just so so (the restrooms were not clean, the price of drinks in the cafeteria was quite high).
