It's best to visit the village in the morning; the cable car ride over the sea is beautiful, but there aren't many activities in the village.

The overall experience at Ngong Ping 360 was enjoyable. The views were impressive, and the ride itself was smooth and relaxing. I chose the Crystal Cabin for the return journey, and to my surprise, I was the only passenger inside. That made the experience feel unexpectedly special—as if I had a private gondola to myself. It was a unique solo travel moment that added an extra highlight to the visit. Worth trying, especially if you enjoy scenic rides and a touch of exclusivity.

The service on duty was not friendly and not informative at the beginning so we had to queue for a long time.

I've bought a ticket and just have to queue to get into the cable car, but the queue is still long, up to 2 hours.

The place is nice, clean, and spacious. Ticket exchange is also very easy. I just avoid it on weekends because the queues are very long.

I’m glad to buy the ticket online so i don’t have to queue to buy the ticket on the spot.

Cable car experience is very nice but the queue is crazy when I come on Monday afternoon (wait about 1,5 hours). I even see some peoples cut the line to get onboard faster. Better to ride earlier of maybe later, ehen I'm back about 3 pm, there is no queue at all on departure point.

Highly recommend for those who want to go to Ngongping, buy tickets first at Traveloka. Because in my experience there, the queue to buy tickets is very long. So if you buy tickets at OTA, you can immediately queue to ride the cable car without having to queue to buy tickets again. The queue is also not too long because the cable car is a lot. 1 standard cable car max 10 people and mixed with other people. Also when buying at Traveloka, there is a B1G1 sale, it's really great saving money!!!

It's a loss. It can't be used. The reason is there's a storm. I asked for a refund, but they said the ticket is valid until December. I'm not sure I'll go to Ngong Ping again. I'm a foreign tourist. Please refund, thank you.
