Thank you Traveloka, the process of exchanging my ticket at the Ngong Ping cable car counter was very easy and there was no queue at all when I arrived there. The cable car was also clean because every time we got off the officer immediately cleaned it. So for the next passengers after we got off will feel comfortable.

When queuing to enter Ngong Ping 360, I just bought a ticket so it didn't take too long.

The view from the cable car is very beautiful and stunning towards the Big Buddha, there are many beautiful food and souvenir places there.

No detailed instructions, after queuing for 2 hours to get to the QR scanning area to get into the cabin, there was an error, requiring to go to the ticket exchange counter first and then queue up, doubling the waiting time.

Crystal cabin queue is practically none, so we got to hop on board our cabin almost instantly. Really recommend doing this experience while in HK.

The conversion process is easy, my suggestion is to choose the crystal cabin so that the view is clear.

The barcode from Traveloka could not be read by the staff scanner, so we had to queue again. But it was quite comfortable because we got a special counter.

Overall ok, beautiful view, easy ticket exchange process, when I went there it was crowded but I didn't have to wait long, the queue was still ok and relatively fast, the rides are also safe, the staff is helpful, love it 🫶🫶🫶
