Staff was friendly and taken careful, there’s bus service to take you to the main entrance road. if you got wet please listen to stuff at all of electronic play machines and go play other while dying your outfit

the photographer is lazy, does not allow changing styles for printing photos. overall the facilities and quality of dream world are very good

I had a great time traveling with my friends. It was a lot of fun. I booked through Traveloka, which was cheaper than booking at the front desk. It only took a moment to exchange the tickets, so I didn’t have to wait in line. There were a lot of activities.

It was a lot of fun. The staff provided good service and gave good recommendations. The food was delicious. The ride area was clean.

It didn’t take long to wait for the rides. Some of the rides were the same, but the kids who had never been on one before were very excited and enjoyed it.

Good price tickets, buying tickets in advance is very convenient (after the day of travel, the price is even cheaper). Don't miss it. I will come back to support next time because I plan to take my children to collect all the rides. It's fun, teenagers like it!!

Typical fun theme park, a little bit outside the city, bring your hat because it's very hot during sunny days. Some of the rides were quite outdated, in terms of design & painting, need to redo the finishing here and there. One thing that amaze me is that the place was super clean, the cleaning staff was constantly taking care of every waste & the trash that people randomly litter, making our walks very enjoyable & kids love the ride, every staff we're talking to was very helpful & have a cheerful smile. Great experience.

Voucher exchange is very fast and the price is definitely much cheaper than buying directly on the spot, but you have to buy the ticket 1 day before.

I booked a private transfer from hotel to the Dream World. Transport was booked at 8.30am but driver didn't show up until 8.40am. There was no news during the 10 mins wait and I was anxious, not knowing that he would show up or not. klook is better.

The staff provided good service, didn't have to wait long, and gave very good advice.

Best choice. The Van was spacious. There were only 2 families on the trip. So comfy. We didn't have to wait in line to get the ring with this package. Time was flexible, maybe because we came on holiday time. Still can only play 5-6 games due to a long queue. Recommend people buy this package.
