friendly staff and fast service but the cleanliness here is very poor, both around the Gondola counter or Ancol also inside the Gondola and the lack of waiting room in the Ancol spot area. hopefully in the future there will be improvements.

New experience, really exciting even though I was nervous lol. Buying from the app is cheaper.. I came here on D-2 of Eid, the ticket was 85 thousand.. I bought it from the app so it was 73 thousand, which is quite a lot.

The staff is friendly, very clean and very pleasant. The only drawback is that you can't scan tickets directly from Traveloka like the others, so you have to go down again to print the ticket.

It was really fun, and it took a long time but it still felt so fast because it was so exciting, the view at the top was really nice and I wasn't scared at all of riding the gondola.
