It's very comfortable to stay here. The food is also delicious.

The ticket exchange process went smoothly and quite quickly because the ticket exchange queue was not crowded and long. There was a day the weather was quite bright so we could maximize enjoying the rides that were available.

Always love to come here. Best and better compared to what Malaysia has in Genting! Affordable too, world-class theme park I love it.

The exchange process is not complicated at all.

Very helpful and friendly. There are also many signs so if you are confused about where to go from, everything is complete. The officers also double check for rides that require extra safety so no worries :)

The confirmation from the management was good, I didn't arrive at 3 o'clock because of the rain even though I had already ordered online, I was contacted via WA to confirm check in, it was good
