Friendly staff, very easy ticket exchange. Those with toddlers can rent a stroller for free; just bring your ID card at the ticket exchange counter.

The place is nice and quite spacious. It might be a bit cramped, but the rides are monotonous, unlike similar tourist attractions in the area. But the cleanliness is a plus.

Coincidentally, yesterday I came for the second time during the weekend..... But what made me amazed was, starting from the ticket exchange process, until we left, everything went smoothly, the only difference was that on weekdays some rides were limited, but on weekends everything was open.

So far so good Kid-friendly But the food is not very tasty and bland. I chose the wrong food vendor.

The place is really nice, but the souvenirs and snacks are too expensive. There are so many good foods and souvenirs.

The entrance experience was simple: buy a ticket on the app, show your e-ticket, and you're in. The place itself looked neglected. There were plenty of photo spots, but they looked a bit neglected, and many of the employees weren't wearing uniforms. Even the photo booth with the parrots offered to take photos while smoking. We left immediately, as it was strange for a family vacation spot to be so crowded with thugs, especially with young children. We continued down to the Japanese area, which wasn't very busy, but there was a place to rent clothes for photos.

It was a great experience visiting GAA, learning about other cultures. There's also a place to rent traditional Korean, Japanese, and Indian clothing. I happened to be wearing Korean clothing.

It's really exciting, even though the journey is long because of the vast area. You can also take the elevator if you're tired. You can also get a discount if you buy tickets on Traveloka.

Tickets can be exchanged for cold drinks (iced orange juice, chocolate, tea). Redeeming app vouchers is very easy. The recommended time to arrive is early in the morning, especially on weekends. I arrived at 8:20 a.m. on a Saturday and it was still quiet. When I left at 10:00 a.m., the entrance was already very crowded due to the large number of groups arriving.

Entrance tickets are not given to guests, so guests themselves cannot measure their tickets with drinks. The ticket department should inform them that entrance tickets must be brought and can be exchanged for drinks.

The view is beautiful, the food is delicious, the rides are really exciting, there are lots of photo spots.

The staff were really friendly. They informed me you can take pictures by your professional cameras (DSLR or Mirrorless) but do not take the videos. I love it, every theme park, especially Japan. It's like a mini Kyoto, Japan😅 The shop sells so many unique souvenirs, including small anime merchandise like keychains, pins, etc. Food prices are also quite cheap, starting from IDR 15,000. Don't forget, after you get the ticket, you can exchange it for some drinks.

The staff were all unfriendly, especially those scanning tickets after boarding the elevators. Some areas seemed neglected. It was quite tiring to visit this place. The restrooms were creepy, poorly lit, dirty, and too far away. But it's still relatively cheap.

It's nice to go on a weekday, there aren't many people and I'm very satisfied.
