It was good experience, but they were taking long time to check my booking it’s suppose to be ready like minimum a couple hours ago also we can’t call by phone them i don’t understand why because i just want to make sure if they reserved our bed . We were booking for VIP sunbed by the pool. Floor staff was so friendly, impressive and helpful, i forgot the guy was serving us always come with full of smile. For cleanliness they should change their cushions cover is so horibble already , food and ambiece are nice. Overall was good experience just had some points to share.
