Bought tickets on traveloka to safari had to wait a long time to get the paper ticket. All parks from safari to noah's ark had long waits for the bus. Quite normal experience.

Going to Dino Park is so much fun, lots of dinosaurs.

The service is ok, worth the experience, the kids really like the dinosaur activity. The zoo is smelly

Bought a combo of 2 dry parks and in the end received tickets for only 1 park. Called the staff for support and waited for an hour but still got nothing. Out of money on the phone but still couldn't solve it. In the end, it was more expensive than buying on the spot. Stop using traverloka, they're all scammers!

The park is empty, there are few rides, I like the roller coaster but it doesn't work.

There is nothing to do, the whole amusement park only has 4 rides, the rest are broken and covered with blankets. The zoo has a few animals that are nothing special.

Circus Land is ok, a bit few games and 2,3 games are still under maintenance and not open Dino Park is worth the money

1. About ticket redemption: Book tickets online but must convert to paper tickets to enter the park. The redemption process takes a long time, wasting a lot of time for visitors. 2. About the park: The park has quite a few games, but when visiting, many games cannot be used because they are under maintenance, some games have a technical error but are still in use, the seat belt cannot be adjusted in length so it cannot ensure safety.

Too bad. Can't use QR code to scan to enter the gate, still have to queue to exchange paper tickets, then have to wait for system update because no information is available even though I have QR code and booking code.

Pay for tickets but have to wait in line with people who buy free tickets

Very fun and interesting experience, many games and virtual living spaces, the price is also quite stable.

I'm a fan but this is my first time going. Online tickets are a bit cumbersome because the staff member takes a long time to hold the phone, but can pass through the gate normally. One game was closed so it was a bit disappointing, the rest was ok. 1 game can be played as many times as you like, so 130k is too cheap.

The ticket counter is crowded on weekends, but there is no line for customers to queue, so customers are confused to buy, staff and management are inexperienced in ticket sales, so many customers are uncomfortable. Hopefully Nova world will learn from it.

When playing it feels like I want to log out of the world..have had a great experience with my little brother.
