Thank God the weather was good so I could comfortably enjoy the drive thru park. The staff was friendly & very helpful even though I was fasting. The animals were varied & interesting. Next, if I'm feeling fit, I want to go around JP 2 again. Hopefully it will be more crowded & the facilities will be maintained.

We have a beautiful experience here. Eventhough it was raining, but everything running well, the staff, entertainment, view, food, etc. A lot of happiness here. Can't wait to back here again

Actually, we who did not bring a car had a hard time getting directions at the beginning of entering, we were directed to the ticket exchange counter near the Jatim Park 2 hotel, after queuing for a long time it turned out that we couldn't and we were told to exchange it directly to the Drive Thru Park ride location, later we could take the shuttle provided in front of the hotel, from the front of the hotel we were directed again to walk and wait in the gazebo, when one of the shuttles came from the direction of the eco green park, he said to walk again about 500 m to the Drive Thru Park shuttle stop location and we were told to wait for the shuttle again. We arrived..we were still asked to queue to get an e-car, we were able to enter and ride the e-car before we could exchange the tickets from Traveloka. Then at 50% of the way we were told to get off at the Rest Area zone. because it was raining, we wanted to continue our journey directly using the e-car, but it turned out that it was not allowed and we had to queue for the e-car again to continue the remaining 50% of the destinations that had not been seen from the rest area. friendly staff and officers are ready to help even in high season log weekend. Maybe the limited instructions made us confused at the beginning. Those who bring cars are better off using their own cars. Carrot sales are provided at the e-car place. MUST READ ADVICE: Those who have bought tickets at Traveloka specifically for Drive Thru Park only, please go directly to the Drive Thru Park area, no need to queue at the counter that continues JP2 Secret Zoo. But if you buy a ticket for JP 2 Secret Zoo + Drive Thru Park, you MUST exchange your Traveloka voucher at the Jatim Park 2 Secret Zoo counter near Hotel JP2, sis. . If you buy a ticket, it's better to go in and enjoy Secret Zoo JP2 first, then in the middle of the trip you will be directed to the Drive Thru Park Zone so you don't have to queue for the shuttle at the beginning. good, because it was newly built. nice when we arrived, not too crowded. all the staff were helpful, communication was well established. maybe training is needed for e-car drivers so that their explanations should be clear. in our experience, the first driver was a woman who was not clear, then the male driver explained very clearly about the animals & joked with visitors. that's the only thing lacking..
