It is not recommended to buy Genting Highland attraction tickets on Traveloka....the tickets we bought could not be used...the barcode given could not be scanned at the Genting Highland attraction counter...in view my booking, we could not check in with the reason that the email did not match even though it was the same as the email I used when buying tickets on Traveloka...we have submitted a 100% refund process but there has been no answer....even as a platinum member, I received unsatisfactory service...let alone non-members...please refund our ticket money...thank you
