need to improve cleanliness

Very good, comfortable, clean, clean toilet.

In terms of animal care, it is indeed good, all animals look fat and healthy, but in my personal opinion, there are several things that need to be improved, namely: 1. Of the several animals that are there, those in aquariums or glass, are not clearly visible because the glass is already opaque 2. The availability of food for animals (animal feeding facilities) is too overpriced, and also seems not well prepared, because when buying animal food, the staff said that the food was out 3. There are no clear rules in the Zoo regarding smokers, smokers walk in front of visitors who bring children 4. Many tourists, maybe native Bandung tourists, who carelessly pull out ornamental grass and then give it to the animals, and no staff reprimands them

A pleasant experience using the app at Bandung Zoo feels like a VIP guest. No need to queue for long. There is a separate app counter that is well served. I was really surprised, in the middle of the city there is a large, complete, and well-maintained zoo. It's like we entered the forest and at that time the weather was cool. Cool, maintain and continue to develop in terms of beauty and cleanliness.

A place that can educate children, the staff is friendly, the environment is clean, not many mosquitoes, cool, the shows are really cool. The animals are also healthy and really well cared for. Hopefully Bandung Zoo can continue to be the best local tourist spot to visit 😇

The animal collection is quite large, but the area is not very large and smells a bit of animal waste. Maybe it needs to be made more modern
