The TMII staff are very friendly, but there are two staff who are a bit uncomfortable in their service, but the others are friendly, especially Kak Maria, her staff is 100 stars good, Sis 😭

It was much easier and faster since I bought my tickets in advance through the app, allowing us to bypass the long queues. The facility is also very well-prepared for visitors; there are plenty of parking areas distributed throughout the complex, so finding a spot for our vehicle was not a hassle at all. Highly recommended to book online beforehand for a stress-free entry experience!

Our family absolutely loves visiting TMII! We’ve visited four times throughout 2025 and we never get bored because there is always something new to discover; there are still so many spots we haven't managed to explore yet. ​A trip here isn't complete without a ride on the cable car (kereta gantung). We always take it to enjoy the stunning bird's-eye view of the Indonesian archipelago miniature below. It is truly the best way to see the park's beauty. ​My only wish for the future is for TMII to become a completely smoke-free environment. It would make the experience much more comfortable for families with young children. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a weekend getaway!
