The explanation before starting the treatment was very good and clear. The treatment was carried out by experienced therapists. Traveloka vouchers also provide cheaper prices.

The results are visible from the first treatment, they disappear immediately.

The CS service aka the ladies in front, are like shit. They don't have the intention to work or are they just incompetent? I'd rather lose my money and earn more than dealing with CS who behave like shit. Oh about the treatment, it's complicated just listening to it. Meaning those of you who want to buy a treatment here think 1000x/read the bad reviews piling up on Google. It's better to find another salon that's a bit more expensive but has PROFESSIONAL service and is hassle-free! For the ladies in front, all the ladies who have shit-like service: be healthy, I'll curse you all :) For the management: shame on you, better to hire more educated/well mannered receptionists than those assholes

The system that muse created is not practical, from the beginning of ordering the voucher, I tried to contact the place via the phone number listed but it could not be contacted. After booking via Traveloka, I arrived at the place but it turned out I had to book again for a consultation on a different day, after the consultation, I had to book again for the treatment. 2x back and forth for just that, transportation costs and time were wasted.

The staff are friendly and very helpful when asked about many things. Super worth it 🤩

To know the flow and procedures, you have to check Musee's ig. check the highlights, it's quite helpful and gives an overview. Don't know, come to redeem vouchers without checking first, so you won't be surprised and get the wrong address, scolding the staff even though we didn't check and made the wrong assumptions. so far so good and I'm happy with my purchase for life time membership!

The staffs are all friendly and give the complete explanation about the service and everything, but there is only 1 room available for all the service and it’s not looking really clean when I get in. But so far so good

Will be starting my first treatment next week, so still cannot review it according to the treatment side. But for the consultation before treatment, it’s great, because they mention clearly what things that we have to do and don’t before treatment. Cannot wait for the treatment!
