H-2 asked CS Nakamura about vouchers on traveloka, answered well, H-1 wrapped the voucher and immediately confirmed to cs served well, also immediately approved the massage time request. On the day of the massage, I was really surprised, it turned out I got it in the executive room (even though the price was the regular room price) I thought it was in a regular room. The massage therapist, Mr. Dzaky, was great. My aches and headaches immediately subsided after the massage. Really recommended, must order via traveloka can be cheaper than if we come in person.
