maybe the therapist's skills can be improved. even though I arrived at 20.30 the therapist must still be professional. the staff must be prepared. because the guest has paid a fair price.. a bit disappointed.. there is no staff & the massage is as usual. maybe it can be improved again.. trained again. because I also subscribe to several Carla. but this is very lacking.. keep up the good work Carla spa...thanks
