The receptionist was confused when I wanted to redeem the voucher, plus the voucher could only be used for 300 thousand rupiah even though I bought 500 thousand rupiah. It was a loss not being able to use the 200 thousand rupiah. I thought it would be cheaper than paying normally. I will not buy vouchers like this anymore.

The voucher said I would have a senior hair stylist. I don't think I had one. I wasn't even asked which stylist I prefer, as they usually do if I don't use traveloka voucher.

The haircut process is very fast. Even after being cut, it is directly curled. It should first show the results of the cut whether satisfied or not. I happened to get a female stylist and she also blew herself. Prices at traveloka are the same as buying directly. It's only different from vitamins. And you can't choose a stylist if you buy it on Traveloka. Prefer cod because you can choose a stylist and the price is 275k already for seniors too.

Then after the deduction, I found out that I was cut not by a senior stylist and the price listed on the front desk was only 225 thousand. Even though I already book before with a senior stylist request. Then when I asked the staff about the vitamins, he said they were given when my hair was washed. Even though I confirmed to the staff who washed my hair I was only given ordinary shampoo and conditioner.

Banyak misskom antara pihak traveloka dan may-may jd saya harus dipingpong sana sini mengenai kepastian penggunaan voucher. Sudah terselesaikan dengan baik. Tapi cukup membuat sebal.

Ada hidden price untuk treatment yang berbeda dengan harga normal di salon. Kalau di salon harga sudah termasuk treatment x tapi lewat promo traveloka harus tambah bayar. Untuk pelayanannya cukup bagus, ramah
