First time trying to get a haircut here, the results are really good and the older sister always asks every time she wants to do something so that her customers are satisfied with the results.

staff very friendly & profesional, nice & clean place.

for the stylist, they are good and patient but sorry for the other employees who are rude and don't serve.. sorry, maybe the employees need to be educated again. Thank you.

I've been subscribed to the hairbox since the first time it opened, changed the hairstylist several times because some of the hairstylists didn't work. but overall it's really ok, starting from yihong, oscar, dara. but the last time I came here, I was a bit disappointed, the technique was very different from the previous hairstylist. Now the cuts are not neat and the cake is just a different technique from the others before. even though the price of the salon has been increasing steadily, for the hair box, you can still be trained like the previous stylists.

If you want to cut it, you can't choose the capster because only 2 capsters have been rationed. most of the new capster huh.

when I came there at 12 noon, it was really quiet because of Covid too ... the service was okay, but unfortunately it's not ready to open at 12, ehehe ... the shampoo was nice to massage, the scissors were friendly too

very clean. the mas is friendly. I cut it sm Mas Oscar, then cut it the way I want it. not short, keeps it really neat. when it is printed according to how much. next, I want to try the same hair color treatment.

I've cut a few times here, but this time it's a bit disappointed, the cut is really short! different from what was asked, asked to cut this chest over the chest close to the shoulder.
