Everything was great from reservation to the end of my treatment there. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The place was just as good as it looks in the photos. Surely will come back.

the place is good, the massage is also good. given a welcome drink and warm ginger after the massage. the bathroom is clean, but many bathroom doors are broken so you feel anxious when taking a shower. Thank you

I scheduled a 90-minute massage at The Fountain Wellness last weekend. What a beautiful spa and what a friendly staff. It was so relaxing. I would recommend this wonderful spa to anyone as part of their visit.

went here for the second time, because of the promo from Traveloka. fortunately, I got a therapist with both good skills & attitude. however, it took quite some time after the voucher was redeemed to finally get the treatment started.

first time here because of a pretty big promo from Traveloka. but disappointed with the therapist's attitude, because he brought a cellphone and in the middle it didn't silence twice in the middle. plus noisy renov sound too. so less comfortable apart from that they are also very strict with time. yesterday arrived a bit late and really reduced time. Just suggest that there should be 10-15 minutes for the customer to come. thank you

the redeem process with traveloka is easy, the waiting room is comfortable, the facilities are good, the therapist's expertise is good

The service is soulful...

the place is a bit different but in a good way... we waiting in their merchandise store cum jamu outlet seating area... what a marketing... hihi they gave us a sheet to describe which parts of our body needed to be concentrated... the welcome drink was served bit late... and then we change sandal n get prepare for the treatment... the masseuse is great... strong with her small body... can make me screaming coz my stiffness all over my body... so far so good...
