The staff is nice. Ka Nano is very good at cutting my child's hair. The results are good and my child likes it.

The styling was nothing special, but it was a nice package. I bought the package expecting only a wash and a haircut, and didn’t realize that it came with a cream bath session (along with the shoulder massage). So it was a nice surprise.

Second time doing balayage paint here, helped by Ms. Icha. there is a voucher, the happier you are. Ms. Icha is responsive, but many of the other staff are less responsive, they need to improve further

The voucher redeem process is easy. Reservations can be made via WhatsApp. The stylist, Ms. Ica, is really good at listening to requests until you get the desired result. Good experience though 👍🏻 thanks

Actually the service provider skill is the one that made me always come back. Either the hair dresser or the hair washer are good.

I went on the weekend. It should be quiet but it was loud since there was a group of people doing sport... But the staff provided a hijab room which is more private and more quite. Happy and satisfied with the service and facilities

Overall, everything was standard. Staff was nice. Although, I was a bit disappointed because I made a booking for 2 people, but the salon only had 1 hair stylist at the time and one of us had to wait.

Booked a haircut for female stylish because I wear a hijab but on the D day they said no one was available. Didn’t even want to re-book because I was very disappointed.

Smooth check in. Meticulous hair stylist. Clean hijab room ☺
